Valentines day suprise pudding . . .
Jason has the unenviable task of sorting out what we do for Valentine's day, and this year he cooked a delicious fish pie and for pudding . . . a lovely lemon souffle with homemade lemon curd at the bottom, courtesy of Delia Smith.
I've been wanting to try making a souffle for some time but always chicken out at the last minute, but they are quite tasty, particularly when served with some raspberries.
