Muffins, muffins and more muffins . . .
I've been experimenting with a few muffin flavours in preparation for the ones that i am making for my very first Dandy-Lion bakery order. Earlier in the week I tried some carrot, banana, oat and raisin muffins, however these failed to hit the spot, and weren't as tasty as I'd hoped. I searched and searched on through my own cookbooks and online and finally settled on this one, which I'm pleased to say was a resounding success! I swapped the pecans for walnuts as this is all we had in the cupboard, but they were delicious . . .
